Apple Harvest Festival Livestream - Executive Producer

During my Live Event Production Thesis course, I was Executive Producer for the Apple Harvest Festival Livestream. Throughout this Thesis course, I gained ample knowledge while also putting my previous skills to the test. As one of four Executive Producers for the Apple Harvest Festival Livestream, we produced 4 hours of original content and built a remote studio and control room in the Ithaca Commons.
As EP, some of my responsibilities included:
- Creating the run down and AV script
- Communicating with Segment Producers about the content and technical aspects of their package to ensure it aligned with the theme and target audiences
- Organizing and distributing all files such as: video packages, transcripts, talent release forms, graphics, Segment Producer forms, etc.
- Casting information and materials
- Overseeing the Director and Technical Director during the live stream to ensure on screen content was accurate
- Assisting in technical duties as needed by the Technical Leads (Singular Live, audio, Teradek, etc.)
"Errand Day" Student Short Film - Producer
For Production Management, I produced a student film entitled "Errand Day." This film is a thriller that depicts a young woman’s descent into anger and madness which causes her to murder her ex-boyfriend.
As Producer, I completed all aspects of production, including but not limited to:
- Budgeting and receiving a grant from Ithaca College
- Scheduling
- Script breakdowns
- Securing locations
- Cast and crew release forms
- Safety, risk management approval, etc.
I utilized Movie Magic to create the schedule and budget. Additionally, I secured 3 locations with no additional cost to the film.
This experience immensely expanded my knowledge of Producing and allowed me to control the logistics of this film. I utilized skills such as effective communication, strong organization, time management, and more throughout this process. Additionally, keeping a positive and collected attitude was vital to success on and off set.

ICTV Reports - Content and Technical Producer
ICTV Reports is a 30-minute news magazine that airs on ICTV.org. This show is a source for Ithaca, New York State, and National news.
As a Producer, I was responsible for the content and editing of Host and Correspondent packages.
During physical filming of episodes, I was also responsible for assisting with audio and camera equipment both in the studio and out in the field.
During my time on the show, ICTV Reports received two awards from the New York State Broadcasters Association.
The episode "A City of Progress" received "Best Overall News Magazine" and "Outstanding Public Affairs Program" in December 2021.

"The Death" Student Short Film - Co-Producer
In 2021, I co-produced a student film entitled "The Death." This film follows a young adult reflecting on his childhood and present-day drug addiction.
As Producer, I was responsible for distributing, collecting, and organizing the necessary paperwork and contracts for the film such as cast and crew release forms, location release forms, risk and safety management, etc.
